SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping method is FedEx ground within the 50 states for regular delivery and US Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipping (including Canada). Orders placed before Midnight PST are shipped out the next business day.

Second Day Air (US only): This service ships on business days only. If you place an order on Wednesday before Midnight PST, your order is shipped the following business day, which is Thursday. Two business days later, and the package will arrive on Monday.

Note: We do ship to APO/Military addresses. When placing an order, in the Shipping Information section (Step 3 of the checkout process) under the drop down menu for State/Province, select International. Then select the appropriate APO under the Country drop down menu. Be sure to enter the appropriate APO in the City box as well, for example APO AE.

Note: We are not responsible or held liable for any shipping fees on unclaimed packages.
Note: We do not ship to hotels.

Custom Fees: To comply with customs regulations abroad, we are required to disclose the full value of the products you purchase on the customs form that is sent with your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

It is each Customer’s responsibility to be up to date and knowledgeable about their country’s custom’s requirements. In other words, you need to know what you are permitted, and not permitted, to import into your country. We cannot take responsibility if you import a product that does not conform to your custom’s regulations.

Attention UK Customers:

At the request of British customs, we must put the full value of the products on all packages being shipped to the United Kingdom. British customs are well aware of our pricing structure; if the proper value is not shown on the package, it may be returned to us. Please note that this full value is used for the calculation of the V.A.T. (value added tax).
